This is a senior, high-ownership sales role for experienced sellers who know how to close complex, custom deals. You’ll own enterprise-level partnerships focused on performance-driven UGC and content programs, working directly with marketing and leadership teams at high-growth companies. This is not a transactional AE role. You are expected to run consultative discovery, design custom solutions, and close large, multi-month engagements.

Contra is looking for a **Head of Partnership Revenue** to own and scale our partnerships business end-to-end. This role is responsible for building and managing the partnerships revenue engine, from sourcing and closing new partners to expanding and renewing existing relationships. This is a leadership role with real revenue accountability. While you’ll manage pre- and post-sales partnership teams, you’ll also stay hands-on as an individual contributor.
